How Does the Service Work?

• The client chooses a bike on the shop’s website and sees the payment amount in the basket and has the option to order a KOLONAOPERAK (if the shop has implemented a calculator).
• The client fills his/her contact details in the form and submits the enquiry; he/she is then contacted by a KOLONAOPERAK consultant immediately
• We will discuss everything with the client ourselves and will inform you only if the financing is approved.
• We will confirm your order and prepare the bike together for delivery to the client.
• We pay the shop the invoice for the bike.

… or, the client is offered the KOLONAOPERAK service directly in the shop, which will connect him/her with a KOLONAOPERAK consultant if interested, and then we proceed according to the above points c) to e)
